Aquatics Leadership Cohort

Keeping our pools and water safe is now about so much more than drop drills, lifeguard positioning, in-service training, and crisis management around a drowning incident. Now, it’s also about leading through—and beyond—unprecedented national crises. We’re looking at a new normal in the aquatics industry, dealing with lifeguard shortages, budget cuts, pool closures, heightened racial intolerance, and ongoing uncertainties due to COVID-19, political tensions, and an increasing number of climate disasters.

We invite you to join Redwoods and Gareth Hedges of H2O Safety Consulting in a 6-week cohort as we walk through how to be a great leader in aquatics—before, during, and after a crisis.
