Where can I register as a new user?
An administrator at your organization will provide you with a custom URL to register as a new user. This URL is custom for each organization and is not published or searchable on our website. For access to register, please contact your supervisor or the online training administrator within your organization. You will need to provide a valid email address and create a password.

What is my username?
You may login with your email address. If your email address has changed, you may login with the old email and edit your contact details.

What is my password?
You may reset your password by using your email address. If you no longer have access to that email account, please contact us to reset your password.

How can I change my username / email?
Your username is your email address. Once you are logged into The Institute, click on the gear in the top right corner. Then click “My Account.” Once your preferences appear, click the “options” button and choose to change your email address.

My email changed and I can’t login.
You must contact your organization’s administrator to reset your email address if you are unable to login.

What does this message mean?
“YOU HAVE ENTERED INVALID AUTHORIZATION CREDENTIALS.” 
Your username and/or password is incorrect. Please contact your administrator to reset your password and/or provide you with your username (email address).
