Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I register as a new user?
You can create a new account at learning.redwoodsgroup.com. Please include your Organization Name and Organization ID when you register. If you don’t know your Organization ID, contact your supervisor. (You can always add your ORG ID to your profile after you’ve registered.)

  • If you are a YMCA, your Organization ID is your YMCA’s Association Number.
  • If you are a Boys & Girls Club, your Organization ID is your Club’s Global ID.
  • If you are a Camp or Jewish Community Center, and are a Redwoods insurance customer, your supervisor should have provided you with an Organization ID.
  • For all other organizations, you can leave the Organization ID field blank.

What is my username?
Your username can either be your email address or anything that meets the requirements given on the registration page. If you were an existing user on our old platform, you will need to create a new username and account.

What is my password?
For new users, you will create a password that meets the requirements given on the registration page. If you have already created an account on this platform and don’t remember your password, you can request an email reset on the login page.

How can I be given administrative access?
This new platform does not offer administrative access. If you are a Redwoods insurance customer, we can create completion reports for you. Please reach out to [email protected] to request these reports.
