Water Watchers Program
Valley of the Sun YMCA encourages their community members to be a part of their Water Watchers Program. Water Watchers commit to keeping kids in and around the water safe by actively watching children in the pool, and responding in the case of an emergency. Learn more about this program and brainstorm how you can implement a similar program at your organization.
Creating QR Codes for Staff Training
Joey Rusnak with Lifeguard Authority shared how to use QR codes when training staff. Watch his instructional video to hear more about this idea and how you can create them yourself.
2018 Aquatics Trends
We have created a document reviewing the three trends that we identified from our 2018 aquatic investigations. In this document, you will find questions to ask yourself regarding aquatic safety within your organization.
