Camper Code of Conduct

Creating a positive and enriching experience for campers is at the heart of what your camp does. A Camper Code of Conduct—also known as Camp Rules or Guidelines—is a great way to help assist you in establishing clear expectations and promoting a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for everyone.

When implementing a Camper Code of Conduct, below are a few things to consider:

• Communicate: Share the Camper Code of Conduct with campers and their families before camp begins. Clear communication ensures that everyone is on the same page regarding expectations and consequences. 
• Discuss: Discuss the code of conduct with campers at the start of the session. Encourage questions and emphasize the importance of everyone’s role in maintaining a positive camp atmosphere.
