When your organization has field trips at off-site aquatic locations, it is critical your counselors and staff know their role in safety. Not only is their active supervision a key layer of protection, but they also have a key responsibility in supporting the lifeguards on duty. We encourage you to share with your staff our micro-learning on staff’s role around the water on field trips. This refresher training can be taken ahead of a field trip to make sure all kids stay safe in the water.
