Short Video: Managing and Supervising Downtime

During youth programming, there will be times when children will have downtime. During those times, it is critical that staff are still engaging and supervising the children. We have created a short video that highlights different supervision strategies staff can implement during downtime. We encourage you to use this video, along with the discussion questions, at your next staff meeting.
