Abuse and Molestation Coverage
We do not put a sublimit on abuse and molestation. Our customers carry at least $1 million of abuse and molestation coverage or much more if they want it. We do this because after your most traumatic incidents, we want to help make sure your focus is on people, not on payment.
Discretionary Medical Payments Coverage
Our experience shows that paying medical expenses incurred from injuries at your facility or in your program reduces the likelihood of a lawsuit. These claims often come from athletics, camps and daycare programs.
Property Damage Coverage
This is an area where we find exceptionally broad coverage is important. We also include blanket coverage that accurately reflects your programs.
